Elizabeth Morawiak-Paczuska, better known as Ella, has been working with buyers and sellers throughout Massachusetts for over 30 years. She started as a rental agent in Cambridge where her negotiation skills were mastered. Her linguistic skills include speaking several languages fluently including English, Polish, Russian Ukrainian, French & Spanish with some knowledge of German and French Creole. In fact, if there is someone who speaks a language that she does not know she is diligent in finding an interpreter to assist with clear communication. Her belief is language should never be a challenge in real estate. She is a graduate of Suffolk University in Boston, a Notary Public in the state of Massachusetts and licensed real estate broker in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Her attitude and positive energy flow freely with every transaction that she works on with either buyers or sellers. Past clients refer her whole heartedly to friends and family. She gives clients above and beyond service and is very easily accessible. She is committed to listening to her client’s needs and goals to find their home sweet home.

When not serving clients, Ella enjoys being a lead mentor for a local Robotics team that teaches young adults how to master STEM (science technology engineering and math). This program encourages young adults to use technology as a tool to communicate and to advance them in the stem classes. The Massachusetts Association of Realtors nominated her for the Good Neighbor Award in 2016 for her work and dedication to the Robotics team.

Ella “pays it forward” supporting programs that are beneficial to the community. She has been a member of the Polish National Alliance for over forty years and is a President of one of the local lodges in Massachusetts. She is very proud of her Polish heritage and well known within the local Polish community. She is also a CCD instructor at Sacred Heart Church.
